We hope any confusion of this being an IT centric service offering has not put you off because at Nuts and May, we firmly believe in transferable skills and whilst our bedrock is in IT Project and IT Service Management, the skills we have developed in managing large scale projects, tackling complex service outages and getting to grips with detailed supplier contracts and client relationship management can be strong assets to your organisation.

With a background in retail, logistics, technology, finance and healthcare, we hope that whatever your purpose, our experience would give you the confidence to discuss your needs with us.

One of the benefits of our operating model is that we are not constrained to a requirement for 3 month, 40 hour assignments. We like to position ourselves as a flexible resource model focusing on your required task and outcome. This may mean you only need us for a few days a week for 8 weeks, or have a front loaded discovery phase, a period of low effort then a later ramp up.
