We have refined our operating model to embrace the IR35 regulation changes and provide a service that still maintains the structure of a PSC and allows large organisations to accurately obtain an outside of IR35 ruling using the CEST tool.

Alongside of this, we also focus our services on shorter term “work order” based assignments with fixed outcomes to reduce the dependency on large up front contractor costs.
